What is Qigong?

Qigong is a gentle system of therapeutic exercise that connects the brain and body and releases tension, stress, and pain at the cellular neurological level. It is a wellness treatment within the practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Qigong combines a variety of tools used by other modalities like yoga, meditation, and physical therapy to create a holistic and powerful synergy that is more powerful than the sum of its parts.

Certified Qigong Instructor

Certificated by

Nick Loffree

Qigong has been a powerful wellness force in my life since 2018. During the pandemic, I deepened my practice and it really helped my overall vitality during that time.

The practice of Qigong is wonderful

for longevity and general wellbeing.

It is the cultivation of your all-important life force energy with qi meaning "energy" and gong meaning "cultivation" or "work"

with that energy!

Recently, I completed a 100 hour training for Teacher Certification in May of 2025, with Nick Loffree.

I have been teaching classes since June of 2025 and would be honored to have you join me on this wellness journey. I am a retired teacher with a career in LMSV for 38 years, a mom, wife, and a grandparent!
